Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer (Intern / Experienced) to help design intuitive, elegant experiences for our enterprise and AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into user-focused designs
• Create intuitive and visually consistent UI for web and platform applications
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing
• Contribute to design systems, UI standards, and component libraries
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across product interfaces
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and product requirements
• Document design decisions and maintain design guidelines
Requirements
• Educational background in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field (Interns or Experienced – minimum 2 years experience)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and design thinking
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Basic understanding of responsive design principles
• Strong attention to detail and visual design sense
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly with cross-functional teams
• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI work (academic, personal, or professional projects)
Good to Have
• Understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or frontend frameworks
• Experience designing enterprise or SaaS products
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Experience conducting user research or usability testing
